Service Agreement

Sixth Sense Securities Pvt. Ltd. We agrees to provide security guard services to the client ("you", "your") under the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

• All services will be performed in accordance with the terms specified in the service contract.
• Our security guards will be equipped and trained as per industry standards to ensure the safety and security of your premises.
• The duration and scope of services will be as agreed upon in the service contract.

Payment Terms

Payment for services will be governed by the following terms:

• Invoices will be issued monthly and are payable within 30 days from the invoice date.
• Late payments may incur additional charges as per the terms specified in the service contract.
• All payments must be made in the currency specified in the invoice.
• In case of any discrepancies in the invoice, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

Refunds and Cancellations

Our policy for refunds and cancellations is as follows:

• Services can be canceled with a minimum notice period of 30 days.
• In case of cancellation, any advance payments made for the services will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
• Refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of cancellation.
• We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment or breach of contract terms, with prior notice to you.

Responsibilities and Liabilities

The following terms outline the responsibilities and liabilities of both parties:

• We are responsible for providing trained and qualified security guards to perform the agreed services.
• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the premises and any specific security requirements.
• We will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, vandalism, or theft.
• Any claims or disputes must be reported to us in writing within 30 days of the incident.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the service agreement.

• We will not disclose any information about your premises or security arrangements to third parties without your consent.
• You agree not to disclose any information about our security protocols, guard details, or operational procedures.

Amendment and Termination

The terms and conditions of this agreement may be amended with mutual consent of both parties:

• Any amendments must be documented in writing and signed by both parties.
• Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice, specifying the reasons for termination.
• Upon termination, any outstanding payments must be settled within 15 days.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sixth Sense Securities Pvt. Ltd. operates.

• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in our operating jurisdiction.
