Salary, Refunds, and General Policies

Salary Terms

At Sixth Sense Securities Pvt. Ltd., we strive to ensure fair and timely compensation for all our employees. Below are the key terms related to salary:

  • Salary payments are made on the last working day of each month.
  • Employees will receive their salary through direct deposit to their bank accounts.
  • All statutory deductions (such as taxes, provident fund, etc.) will be made as per government regulations.
  • Any salary adjustments or discrepancies must be reported to the HR department within 7 days of receiving the payment.
  • Overtime, bonuses, and other incentives will be paid as per the company’s policy and at the discretion of the management.
  • Salary reviews and increments will be conducted annually based on performance evaluations and company policies.
  • In the event of employment termination, the final settlement will be processed within 30 days from the date of termination.

Refunds Policy

Our refunds policy applies to clients and partners in relation to the services provided by Sixth Sense Securities Pvt. Ltd.:

  • Refunds will be considered only in cases where services have not been delivered as per the agreement or due to a proven deficiency in service quality.
  • Clients must submit a written request for a refund within 30 days of the service date.
  • Refund requests will be processed within 15 business days from the date of receipt of the request.
  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will not be provided for services that have been rendered satisfactorily or for any client cancellation beyond the stipulated period.
  • Partial refunds may be offered in cases where a portion of the service has been delivered and the remaining service is canceled by the client.
  • All refund requests must include the original receipt and a detailed explanation of the reason for the request.

Termination Policy

  • Involuntary Termination: The company reserves the right to terminate employment for reasons including, but not limited to, poor performance, misconduct, or redundancy.
  • Severance: Eligible employees may receive severance pay as per company policy and statutory requirements.
  • Exit Interview: Departing employees are encouraged to participate in an exit interview to provide feedback on their experience with the company.
  • Return of Company Property: Employees must return all company property, including equipment, documents, and access cards, before their last working day.
